The JBL® GT5-1204BR provides superior performance compared to that of competing loaded enclosures, primarily because of its revolutionary Slipstream port, which provides lots of surface area outside the box so that the air stays stuck together – our engineers have named it the Adverse Pressure Gradient™. This gradual change from high pressure to low pressure eliminates the audible distortion called “whacking." Because the area of the port in the middle is much smaller than the mouth of the port, the port can be much shorter than a cylindrical port with a surface area the same as the Slipstream port's mouth, and it can fit into regular boxes.

The GT5-A604E brings studio-quality audio to your car. With total peak power of 640 watts but dimensions of only 2-1/8" (54mm) high, 9-1/4" (235mm) wide and 12" (305mm) deep, the GT5-A604E is compact but mighty. Features include a cast-aluminium heatsink, built-in electronic crossover networks, auxiliary line-level outputs and bass boost. Full-range preamp outputs are provided, facilitating multiple amplifier hook-ups without the need for high-loss Y-adapters or signal splitters.
